Get reputation and history

GET
/admin/projects/{project_id}/reputation

Requires a user JWT with the admin role. Period defaults to 30; supported values: 7, 30, 90, all. Dates use UTC. Totals cover the selected period; raw history is paginated. Rates are null with no sent denominator.

User JWT; backend checks the admin role. Project API keys cannot access admin endpoints.
